Alaska CDC is a non-profit corporation dedicated to improving the lives of Alaskans by working with communities, individuals and other organizations to improve housing, conserve energy, and to further economic development throughout the state.
Our programs include: Weatherization Assistance, Senior Housing Accessiblilty, Mental Health Trust Home Accessibility, Home Purchase Assistance and Mutual Self Help Housing.
We work in cooperation with, and/or receives funding from Alaska Housing Finance Corporation, U.S. Department of Energy, the Low-Income Home Heating Program, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. We also work with local governments, tribal organizations, and other community support and service organizations.
